Welcome to my portfolio
My style is documentary wedding photography. I pay attention to emotions, feelings, reactions.
I take some lovely natural portraits too.
As a documentary wedding photographer I like photographing people as they are: natural, spontaneous, full of life.
Wedding photojournalism, means nothing prompted or staged, just your wedding as it happens.
It means story telling. In a natural way.
I love capturing a moment that is true rather than constructed or contrived. This style of photography requires me to be completely unobtrusive, not interfering with any situation, just observing. I capture your day exactly as I see it, documenting all the moments.
It’s an art to see but not being seen. It is about finding beautiful and natural moments.
Wedding is the day when you will be surrounded by everyone who matters most to you. All I have to do is work away in the background and capture emotions and moments, naturally and creatively.
Capturing your style is important too, the beautiful venue, the fresh flowers, the cake, ribbons and details together whit those important family photographs and relaxed portraits.
I take pictures of these things too creating together with the moments like the bride having some make-up applied, the couples' first kiss at the altar, the 'confetti run' or the first dance a narrative of your wedding day, an editorial.
Every time I shoot a wedding is a new challenge.
I try to find images that can then build your wedding story.
Every couple has a story. I try to find and tell, through my pictures, the story of the two, their chemistry.
Of course I take pictures of you both together; I want you to feel relaxed, to make sure that you have beautiful photographs of yourselves.
I try to capture those intangible aspects of a wedding day - the little touches, glances, smiles and so on.
I love people.
That’s why they are so lively in my pictures.
